Susan Goldscheid
I have had a private practice in psychotherapy since 1990. Before that, I was an educator in the Newton MA public high schools from 1985 to 1993. I left teaching because I saw that much of what gets in the way of people being able to learn involves psychological problems such as a poor self-concept, and teaching school was an inadequate forum for addressing this. As a therapist I am able to deal directly and intensively with people on these issues, and help them make significant and lasting changes in their lives. I currently work with a range of age groups from teenagers to seniors. I have an M.A.T. from Boston University, and was trained as a Gillean Psychotherapist.
